If for any reason an item you have purchased from Unitruck's does not meet your satisfaction, you may return that item within 15 days. For all returns please send an email to email@example.com and we'll provide you with a returns number (RMA) and address. The following conditions must be met:
- All returned goods must be in their original state in new, resalable condition.
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
- All returns must have a valid number issued by our customer service department.
After receiving the item back into inventory, we will issue a credit back to the customer in the form of payment that the original order was received (Paypal, credit card, etc.)
Shipping costs for the return of unwanted purchases are at the expense of the purchaser.
Orders returned to us without an RMA number created and present on the packages may suffer processing delays for refunds.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
In the event your product was damaged in transit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package. If a shipment arrives at your doorstep and is clearly damaged, we suggest don´t sign for it if you have the chance since carriers won’t take responsibility for transport damages after you signed. However, if you don´t have this possibility make sure to take pictures of the damages, as these will help expedite the return process. All warranty claims and damaged items claims need to be handled only through UNITRUCK.
A refund for the incorrect product will be applied, upon return and inspection. If a replacement is needed before the original product is returned, the replacement must be purchased.

We offer a 1 year warranty on our products starting from the purchasing date. In the event your item stops working or is experiencing a defect this would not fall under the normal return policy. Please contact our customer service department to receive instructions on how to start the warranty process.
Orders can be cancelled only prior to shipment or the start of the manufacturing process. When the product is received, you may contact a UNITRUCK'S Customer Service Representative (firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain a number to return the unwanted product. The return shipping would be at the customer's expense and the original shipping costs would not be refunded for cancellations.
